Temple Sinai of Palm Beach County, a URJ affiliated synagogue in Delray Beach, Florida, seeks a vibrant Cantorial Soloist for our welcoming and inclusive family friendly community congregation. The Cantorial Soloist is a collaborative partner with the Rabbi and ritual committee, creating a spiritually and culturally meaningful community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for traditional and contemporary Reform Jewish liturgy for Shabbat, Festivals and High Holy Days. She/he is skilled in guitar and keyboard accompaniment as well as organizing and directing a volunteer choir (when safe choral music resumes) leading to full-time employment. The Cantorial Soloist is an inspiring teacher, song leader and B’nai Mitzvah educator, encouraging the religious school students to form a youth choir. Audio and video production experience and community engagement skill are assets.
